Dad and I decided to have some pyrotechnic fun. First thing I lit was a ladybug. It’s supposed to whistle and spin, then shoot straight into the air. Instead, it shot straight towards us, just feet away from my mom, and almost hit a window.
I know it could have been worse, but I couldn’t stop laughing. Especially since dad and I decided to light the rest of then farther away from the house and ran away from them each time just in case. Dad said it was his first run of the year. Hehe.
